FRP COOLING TOWERS: Our fiberglass reinforced plastic cooling towers are manufactured vertically square Counterflow induced draft cooling towers. Our manufacturing capacity in single is upto 1000TR. Multi cell concept is adopted for higher capacity. We are specialized in manufacturing Non clogging cooling tower for special applications. We use treated timber, pall rings and pvc v-bar in the place of pvc honeycomb fills. Based on fill nedia, we have categorized are our frp tower into 4 type.
We use high quality fiberglass reinforced plastic materials, UV stabilized resin that gives longer life and can withstand wind flow and vibration load. We use galvanized structural material that provides additional strength. Our frp cooling towers are compact and light weight for easy of transportation. Our lower capacity towers are supplied as factory assembled and can be installed at site by simple nuts & bolting. Higher capacity towers are pre assembled at our facility before dispatching to site so that it can be installed with minimum time.
